Research On The Medical Maintenance Integration For Elderly Services In Pilot Community In Shenyang City

Due to the aging degree of China's population is relatively serious,with the development of social economic level,the medical level in China has greatly improved compared with the past and the life expectancy of the population is continuously prolonged.As a result,the demands for medical care,old-age care and nursing services among the elderly is increasing.By the bondage of traditional ideas,most professional medical staff are unwilling to enter the field of elderly services,making talents in this field scarce.At present,the elderly in lot of maintenance institutions are mostly disabled and semi-disabled elderly,and most of the nursing services for the elderly are in the level of life care.Some related services,such as rehabilitation nursing and hospice care are not available.Therefore,establishing the medical maintenance integration in community for the elderly services is an important measure to ensure that the elderly,especially disabled elderly,can have a dignified old age.This paper makes an in-depth study on the medical maintenance integration for elderly services in pilot community in Shenyang city.The author chose some pilot communities in Shenyang which carry out medical maintenance integration for elderly services to launch the interview and obtain a lot of research data.By using the method of literature,the present situations and problems in the operation of medical maintenance integration for elderly services in pilot community in Shenyang city are summarized.On this basis,we put forward some policy recommendations for the construction of medical maintenance integration for elderly services in pilot communities in Shenyang.The article mainly consists of the following five aspects: First,the cost of the medical maintenance integration for elderly services is relatively high;Secondly,the medical maintenance integration for elderly service's staff is inadequate;Again,the medical maintenance integration for elderly service's supervision is insufficient;Then,Residents' awareness of the integration of "medical conservation";And finally,inadequate participation of social forces in community "medical conservation" integration services.
