A Study On The Supply And Demand Of Community Home-based Elderly Care Services In Shangcheng District,Hangzhou City Under The Trend Of Integrating Medical And Elderly Care

With the continuous deepening of China’s aging population,it has become a top priority for the elderly to provide healthy elderly care.Therefore,the government and all sectors of society are actively taking measures to meet the growing needs of the elderly.In the long-term practice process,a new elderly care model combining medical care and elderly care has emerged,tilting medical resources towards the elderly care field,providing urgent medical and health management support for the elderly,and improving the happiness of elderly care.As a rapidly developing emerging city,Hangzhou is also facing the problem of aging population.The Hangzhou Municipal Government actively responds to national policies and attaches great importance to the issue of elderly care and people’s livelihood.In 2016,Hangzhou was listed as one of the pilot cities for the integration of medical and elderly care in China,and launched an integrated contract service for medical and elderly care,leading the development trend of the country.Through active attempts,certain achievements have been made,but there are still many areas that need to be optimized.Based on this,this article conducts research on the current situation of integrated medical and elderly care services in Shangcheng District,Hangzhou,analyzes the problem of supply-demand imbalance,and proposes targeted countermeasures and suggestions to improve the supply level of integrated medical and elderly care services in Hangzhou.It is of great significance for improving the integrated medical and elderly care service system,effectively meeting elderly care needs,and promoting the high-quality development of elderly care services in China.In this study,through the method of literature research,the development trend of the service model of combining medical care with elderly care at home and abroad was discussed in depth,and its concept was clarified.At the same time,Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory and welfare diversification theory were combined to provide strong support for the writing of this article.Afterwards,a survey was conducted on the development process and service status of community elderly care and medical care integration in Hangzhou.Through questionnaire surveys and on-site interviews,the elderly’s elderly care needs and problems in service supply were understood,and the reasons were analyzed.Finally,based on this,policy recommendations were proposed to improve the level of medical care integration elderly care service supply.Through research,the following results have been obtained.In the model of integrated medical and elderly care services,there are still problems such as insufficient supply of community medical and elderly care resources,unclear service standards for integrated medical and elderly care services,unclear supply entities for integrated medical and elderly care services,and shortage of funds.In order to improve the supply level of integrated medical and elderly care services in Hangzhou,the author suggests that government responsibilities should be clarified,relevant laws and regulations should be improved,funding channels should be expanded,social forces should be encouraged to actively participate,and a gradient elderly care service system should be established.At the same time,the training of professional talent teams should be strengthened.
