Study On Community Health Management Of The Elderly In Jinzhou City

In recent years,the health status of the elderly has gradually been taken seriously by the government and the society.Therefore,it is very necessary to carry out geriatric health management activities in the community.Community Geriatric Health Management can provide the elderly with the necessary health knowledge through activities such as health management,health education and health promotion so as to improve the physical and mental health of the elderly.In this paper,the literature of health management at home and abroad are summarized and summarized through the literature research method.A total of 30 65-year-olds from 6 communities in Jinzhou.It is found that there are some problems in the practice of community health management such as the lack of implementation of government policies,the low social concern and the awareness of self-health management of the elderly Low-level questions.Based on the theory of welfare multivariate theory,new public service theory and social support theory,this paper proposes that community-based elderly health management in Jinzhou City can help elderly people to improve their physical performance by implementing health management activities in the community,such as health education and health records.In this regard,this article believes that in the practice of community health management in the elderly,should be multi-channel cooperation for the elderly to provide health management services,while strengthening the system of elderly health management standards to enhance the relevant staff of professional accomplishment,active in the community health Education activities,raise awareness of self-health management of the elderly,mobilize the cultural atmosphere of elderly health management in society and community.
