Construction Of Intelligent Health Service Model For Elderly People In Community Based On The Theory Of Information Technology Adoption

In the grim situation of the gradual weakening of the family pension function and the lack of institutional endowment,relying on the Internet of things,Internet and other information technology,"intellectual endowment" can be regarded as an important way to solve the plight of the elderly.According to the information technology adoption theory,behavior is directly determined by behavioral intention,attitude and behavior intention from perceived usefulness is determined,especially for old people,to accept the new technology is slow,so the wisdom of pension services can be widely accepted and used is an important standard to measure the effect of the.This paper studies the factors influencing the adoption of information technology behaviors by older groups,and constructs a service model.Through the use of service model to explain the use of behavior,explore the development of intelligent health services.Firstly,through the inspection and sorting of the literature,summarizing the related theory of information technology adoption research,supplemented by empirical research to adopt information characteristics of the elderly,to obtain the sample data by questionnaire survey,the data were based on statistical analysis using SPSS software,verify the information technology adoption theory in the elderly information technology adoption effectiveness in the situation,and finally construct intelligent health service in community elderly model based on the theory of information technology adoption.Through the study found:(1)there is a significant correlation between intention and perceived cost,perceived safety,attitude,attitude and perceived usefulness,perceived ease of use,perceived cost between safety,there is significant correlation between perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use have significant correlation.(2)the elderly to adopt the key research conclusion factors impact on community health services based on the wisdom,construct four target framework model of intelligent health service of community elderly people,embodies the wisdom of health service function;considering the elderly on new technology acceptance;taking into account the economic burden of the elderly on new technologies;consider risk prevention factor.
