Study On The Influence Of Public Transport Priority Policy On Urban Transport System In Tianjin

With the acceleration of the urbanization process,urban traffic problems have become one of the problems faced by many cities today.Practice has proved that to achieve the sustainable development of urban transport system and the whole city,we must be from a long-term perspective to develop urban public transport.Tianjin as one of the four municipality directly under the Central Government,is an important channel for foreign exchanges in northern China and an important port city.In recent years,with the rapid economic and social development,the incongruity between with urban construction and urban traffic has become increasingly prominent,the problem of urban traffic congestion is becoming increasingly serious.According to the idea of asking question – analyzing question – solving question,this paper summarizes the literature on the priority development of urban public transport at home and abroad,combining with the actual situation of Tianjin city traffic,trying to study the following questions:(1)Since the implementation of the public transport priority policy,what are the development status of urban public transport in Tianjin and the factors influencing the development level of urban public transport;(2)Clarifying the relationship between internal and external factors in the urban transport system and establishing the urban transportation system SD model of Tianjin;(3)Simulating the operation and development trends of Tianjin's urban transportation system,and comparing the impact of public transport priority policies on urban transportation systems under different policy scenarios.Specifically,this paper takes Tianjin city traffic system as the research object,through the domestic and foreign research summary,combined with the main practice of Tianjin to promote the development of public transport,it is found that there are still some shortcomings in the process of Tianjin public transport priority.So,as a basis to explore the internal factors of urban public transport subsystem and the relationship between the internal elements of urban transport system,and to set a system dynamics model of Tianjin urban traffic system.This paper studies the dynamic relationship between urban public transport priority policy and urban traffic system in Tianjin,and simulates the dynamic trend of urban traffic system in Tianjin under different policy scenarios,and from the macro and micro level,to discuss the impact of relevant policies and measures on the development and operation of urban transport system.Finally,through simulation analysis of the four policy scenarios to get the study conclusions,this paper puts forward the related strategies for the sustainable development of Tianjin's urban transport system with the guiding principles of giving priority to planning,operation,policy-making,and green-travelling for decision makers,to meet the socioeconomic development of the city and the increasing traffic demand.
