Study On Social Organizations Participating In Community Consultation

As China's social governance innovation continues to deepen,the government pays more attention to the cultivation and development of social organizations.Since the 18 th National Congress,national and local governments have successively issued a series of policy opinions on social organizations.Social organizations,as carriers for government procurement services,play an important role in providing public services.The formation of cooperative practice between government and social organizations has attracted many scholars to explore the relationship between the two.In recent years,research on the relationship between the government and social organizations and the participation of social organizations in social governance has gradually become a hot topic.However,most of the scholars' researches have focused their attention on the participation of social organizations in grassroots community governance,and have not reflected on community consultation.In order to enrich the theory in related fields and promote the development of practical experience,it is necessary to promote the new process of social organizations participating in the community consultation.This article chooses Jinbin community as the research object and tries to deeply study the participation of community organizations in community consultation.Find out the problems encountered by the social organizations involved in the community consultation or problems that may be encountered and analyze the causes,and finally put forward corresponding countermeasures.It aims to promote the development of social organizations and community consultations.This article adopts participatory empirical research,theoretical analysis,case analysis,and literature research.Integrated public management,sociology,political science and other disciplines characteristics.Used relevant theories of social organizations,community consultation,etc.Combined with the empirical data obtained from the participatory survey.Divided into four chapters to study the participation of social organizations in community consultation.The first chapter mainly introduces the research background and research significance of this paper.A review of relevant literature on social organizations and community consultation at home and abroad was conducted.Outlined relevant concepts such as social organizations,community social organizations,and community consultation.It also outlines the theoretical basis of this article,namely the theory of civil society,deliberative democracy and public participation theory.Chapter Two,Studying the Practice of Social Organizations Participating in Community Consultation.Analyze thestatus of Jinbin's social organizations participating in community consultations.It mainly introduces the achievements of social organizations in the process of participating in community consultations,and selected related practical cases to illustrate.The third chapter explains the problems that Jinbin's social organizations involved in the process of community consultation,and analyze the reasons for the problems.The fourth chapter,based on the question of Jinbin's social organizations participating in community consultations,provided corresponding countermeasures.Respectively from the government,social organizations,community residents give suggestions in three aspects,the purpose is to better promote community building.In short,researching social organizations participate in community consultations,it can better promote the development of social organizations and the development of deliberative democracy.It is also of great significance to promote community building in grassroots social governance.
