Community Social Organizations To Participate In Coummunity Governance Research

With the development of the community, the structure of community has been optimized by community social organizations which has been one of the main body of community. Meanwhile, community social organizations are carrier for including people into the community, participating management and promoting interpersonal harmony. Therefore, it is very necessary to focus on the influence of community social organizations on community governance.On the basis of field survey and case study, we mainly got the following findings. Firstly, community social organizations played an important role on promoting deliberative democracy, and providing public services, such as fostering community social capital governance functions. To a certain extent, it prevent community conflict, helped disadvantaged groups, and integrated community resources, and so on. Secondly, we found the community social organizations still exist some weakness, such as the lack of community public service projects, funds support and professional instruction. We thought these due to the lack of government support and the organization itself. Finally, we put forward countermeasures and suggestions for the development of social organizations, which need to strengthen the publicity, get financial support, enhance the abilities of the organization and make community social organizations grow into professional social service organizations and work better.The innovations are mainly concentrated on two aspects: first, the research on community social organizations is still at the starting stage. The research of the efficiency of community social organizations has a certain role on their development. Second, in this paper, we studied the community social organizations through on-the-spot investigation, exploring what the community governance can do, and how to promote the development of community governance.
