Research On The Construction Of Urban Family Support Social Support System

Family pension is the traditional way of old-age care in China.It has long dominated the old-age care model in China.However,as the ageing of the population intensifies,the number of elderly people increases,the pension pressure of the family pension groups increases,and on the other hand,social development leads to the miniaturization of family structures,resulting in the lack of family pensioners.The number of family pensioners cannot be balanced with the number of family pension needs.The family pension function has weakened.Family pension groups face many hardships in the old-age life,which puts severe pressure on China's traditional family pension methods.The challenges,and the challenges are particularly prominent in urban areas.There are three reasons.The speed of development of the first city is fast.Coupled with the current low level of pensions,facing the and growth of old people's needs under urban development,the family pension groups are under tremendous economic pressure;the third urban family structure More miniaturization,how to understand the current urban family pension situation characteristics.This paper is based on social support theory and Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory.It uses H-community in D city of L province as the survey site,Starting from the two aspects of family pensioners and pensioners,this paper analyzes and summarizes the needs of the economy,life,and psychology that they face in the family pension relationship,and addresses the problems found in the urban family pension research.The issue proposes an old-age support system that is mainly supported by the government and supplemented by support from the community,social organizations,and other relatives.Each branch system supports and supplements each other,from daily life,social macro policies,psychological life,etc.At the same level,a more comprehensive and universal support system was established to provide relevant reference for the healthy development of urban family care for the aged.
