Economic Analysis Behavior Of Law-abiding

To obey the law is the law of running a link,in the pursuit of the rule of law is an important link in the process of many ancient and modern,Chinese and foreign scholars study the law problem,but more focused on from the Angle of the method of research the importance and necessity of the law will be law-abiding alone special research object relatively few articles and study of the law because most focus on from the perspective of ethics and morality,emphasize the law-abiding consciousness,therefore,this article choose the perspective of economics to better analyze the reason of law-abiding citizens.In previous study,law and economics of law-abiding behavior research with the method of prior analysis,after verification,which mainly studies a law may be produced before the release of cost-benefit,and used in the process of legal fact that the law of economics analysis method to analyze how this law can be perfect.The law is seldom analyzed from the point of view of the operation,especially in the analysis of the law.This article adopts the research methods of building model,detailed analysis of the costs and benefits in the law-abiding,strive to better explain the law behavior is based on cost-benefit results after comprehensive consideration,to obey the law is a kind of economic behavior and validated with certain rules.It is not only the law-abiding of citizens,but also the law of the government and other state organs.In this paper,the law-abiding behavior is restricted to the law-abiding behavior of citizens,which aims to analyze the whole behavior pattern of law-abiding behavior from the perspective of law economics.In order to adopt the law and economics to analyze law-abiding behavior,it is necessary to clarify the law and economics characteristics of law-abiding behavior,so as to illustrate the feasibility of using economic analysis method to analyze law-abiding behavior.Secondly,it is necessary to find out the economic factors that affect the law-abiding behavior and classify them,and analyze them from both internal and external aspects.Legal costs,benefits and personal preference is the internal factors influencing the law-abiding static,made of law-abiding citizens behavior is based on personal preference and cost benefit of comprehensive consideration and conclusions.Social group and law enforcement environment is the external pressure that affects the behavior of citizens abiding by law.Thirdly,the author analyzes the internal relations that affect the law-abiding behavior,and establishes the universal model and verifies it.A detailed analysis of the specific process of citizens' choice of law-abiding behavior is used to prove the validity of the theoretical assumption.Finally,on the basis of this foundation,the remedy of the disease,aiming at the factors that affect the law-abiding behavior of citizens,by optimizing the design of the system,cultivating citizens' law-abiding habits,thus leading citizens to obey the law.
