Research On Citizen Law-abiding Under The Background Of Rule Of Law

Our country is in the great process of the construction of socialist rule of law.In this context,there are still many deficiencies in the law-abiding of Chinese citizens,which can be summarized as unclear limitation of law-abiding,passive treatment of law-abiding,unconsciousness of exercising rights and performing obligations,and lack of legal belief.The main causes of the above phenomenon are that the cost of law-abiding is higher than the income of law-abiding,the limitations of law itself,the lack of legal publicity and education,and the power of human feelings is greater than the law.Through the systematic analysis of the performance and causes of the lack of law-abiding of our citizens,we can explore the realization path of law-abiding of citizens.The reasonable setting of the cost of abiding by the law and the cost of breaking the law can be realized by reducing the cost of abiding by the law and increasing the cost of breaking the law.The cultivation of the spirit of abiding by the law should start with strengthening the education of popularizing the law,improving the construction of the rule of law and enhancing the consciousness of the rule of law.In order to shape the culture of abiding by the law,we should learn from and absorb the fine Western culture of the rule of law at the same time inherit.
