Employment is an important embodiment of whether a person can survive in the society and can adapt to the society.And the release of prisoners is faced with many exclusion in the employment,to find out these exclusion factors,can better promote the release of prisoners into society.The effective employment of released prisoners is an important issue related to the safety and stability of the country,and whether the parties can return to the society smoothly and integrate into the society.Release from prison personnel employment stability,conducive to the consolidation of the prison transformation results,to avoid the crime;conducive to the elimination of imprisonment disadvantage and improve the emancipist to adapt to the society and realize the socialization ability;help to improve the quality of reconstruction of the prison camp.At the same time emancipists employment stability is conducive to the maintenance of released prisoners as the basic rights of citizens;is conducive to maintaining social stability and building a harmonious society,to achieve the great rejuvenation of the Chinese dream.This paper mainly studies the released employment difficulties and employment assistance personnel,through the investigation on the S release from prison staff in prison,the basic situation and the analysis of the employment intention of employment,after the analysis of the factors that influence the release of employment difficulties,the construction of the employment aid system release from prison staff,to assess the effect of employment assistance policy released from prison staff,put forward suggestions for improvement.Through the investigation,emancipists often also face a double out of material and spirit.Material aspects of their employment restriction,low income,low economic status,job insecurity,live in poverty;they have long been the spirit of social discrimination and exclusion in the mainstream society,human resources,lack of social capital,and return to employment facing obstacles.It has many reasons,not only from the limitation of law and policy,but also from the social reasons.It is also caused by lack of ability.From three aspects of policy support,social support,and the self-released personnel themselves,this paper constructs a system of employment assistance forprisoners.In order to implement the results of Henan province after the employment aid system staff assessment,using 360 degree assessment,the paper summarizes 7 key indicators,namely the implementation of employment,employment rate,employment stability,ready to participate in the repeated crime rates,monthly living income range,grasp occupation skills and satisfaction index.First to sixth indexes use the "experiment object-control object" contrast evaluation method,and the seventh satisfaction indexes use the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Through the evaluation,it can be seen that the employment assistance policy of the released prisoners in Henan province has produced a promotion effect on the employment of the released prisoners.
