Research On The Effect Of Employment Assistance Policies In Hubei Province

Employment is the biggest livelihood of the people,a good orderly development of employment is directly related to the healthy development of the economy and social stability.The employment situation in China is complex.On the one hand,trade frictions between China and the United States are escalating;on the other hand,aggregate pressure and structural problems are increasing.In recent years,hubei province has gradually established a policy system of "employment with paths,entrepreneurship with support,training with subsidies,and difficulties with help",deployed and implemented the "I choose hubei" plan,and vigorously promoted the employment and entrepreneurship of college students in hubei.The "four-level labor service cooperation" mode will be implemented for the poor people who set up a registration card.A total of 586 million yuan has been allocated to help the poor through employment over the past two years.We will provide employment assistance to people in urban areas who have difficulty finding jobs,and carry out dynamic management of the real-name registration system and help them in different categories.We will informationize public employment services and create a "15-minute public employment service circle" that combines online and offline services.However,in the face of increasingly complex domestic and foreign economic environment,hubei province’s employment assistance policy inherits the defects of China’s employment policy and emergency mechanism,but also has its own practical problems,which to some extent restricts the realization of stable employment goal and weakens the regional employment risk prevention role.Paper based on the new era,especially in the market under the condition of decisive role in the allocation of resources,aiming at employment difficult personnel,considering the effect of the employment assistance policy,for according to the concrete situation in hubei province,to explore how the government policy of employment assistance through the market mechanism function,at the same time,in our province of employment assistance policy and brother provinces a comparative study,the explanation under the new domestic and international economic environment,how to promote the employment aid,to achieve the goal of policy to help employment difficult personnel employment and stabilize the employment.The purpose of this paper is to provide reference for improving the employment assistance policy system in hubei province,and to provide reference for the transformation of the mechanism of employment promotion policy in China.
