Study On Modern Cultural Communication Of Cadres In Villages In Southern Sinkiang

Since ancient times,Sinkiang has been a a multinational area,multivariate national culture blend,with the pace of modernization of China's modernization,the traditional culture of ethnic minorities in Sinkiang is also facing the problem of modern transformation.As a gathering area of minority nationalities in southern Sinkiang,under the background of Rural Revitalization Strategy,the modern transformation of rural traditional culture in the minority areas of Southern Sinkiang is undoubtedly worth exploring.This study is based on the village cadres' perspective to discuss the transformation of modern culture in the rural areas of Southern Sinkiang.Based on the current situation of rural culture construction,the role of village cadres in the rural modern culture transmission in southern Sinkiang is discussed.Based on the methods of fieldwork,interview and literature research,this paper discusses the modern cultural construction of rural areas in southern Sinkiang from the perspective of village cadres.First,the present situation and problems of rural cultural communication are expounded.Secondly,the general situation of cultural construction in rural areas in southern Sinkiang is analyzed under the background of‘Visit the benefit',and the problems of cultural construction in the rural areas of Southern Sinkiang under the background of ‘Visit the benefit' are put forward and the reasons are discussed.The spread of modern culture in southern Sinkiang is discussed in two aspects.On the one hand,it is necessary to adjust the transmission ecology of modern culture and improve the cultural communication environment in the rural areas.On the other hand,we should select the four strong cadres,guide the farmers and herdsmen to use the mass media,and promote the modern scientific and cultural literacy of farmers and herdsmen,and promote the modern scientific and cultural literacy of farmers and herdsmen.The growth of cadres at the grass-roots level should give full play to the role of village cadres in the dissemination of modern culture.
