Study On The Index Of "Peace Zhejiang" And Its Indicators System From The Perspective Of Governance Theory

The concept of Peace should be considered under the perspective of governance theory and it is exactly what the ideal state of social governance should be,which means the country has long-term stability,social stability and order,and people live and work in peace and contentment.From " Peace Zhejiang" to " Peace China",Peace has increasingly received attention from the party and the country in the current social governance work.However,with the continuous advancement of Peace construction,people's requirements for a safe and harmonious social environment have been continuously improved,and Peace assessment has inevitably faced many challenges,such as lack of dynamic real-time monitoring,imperfect real-time data capture mechanisms,and evaluation methods.Unscientific,assessment indicators are not objective and so on.This study aims to solve the dilemma of Peace construction by building a Peace Zhejiang Index.This study attempts to answer three specific research questions.One is how to correctly grasp the precise connotation of the core concept Peace.The second is how to construct an objective,results-oriented index assessment system.The third is how to measure and synthesize indicators with different dimensions.The fourth is whether the Peace Index can accurately reflect the social Peace situation.Focusing on these four core topics,we conducted research on literature and theoretical studies,digging deeper into the connotation of the concept of Peace under the perspective of governance theory,and constructing a theoretical model framework for the Peace Index.What's more,this study also innovatively introduces the concept of adjustment coefficient into the Index.Through the use of analytic hierarchy process,questionnaires and other methods,this study measures the weight of each indicators and determines the algorithm for indicators synthesis.Combined with the results of the test result of Peace Zhejiang Index,the results of the Peace Zhejiang Index without adjustment coefficient are in great agreement with the Peace Zhejiang Assessment results in the past few years.After adding the adjustment coefficient to Peace Zhejiang Index,the rankings of local cities have been changed,but they have become more rational cognitive and subjective feelings of the masses.
