| At present,our country has entered a new stage of industrial transformation and upgrading and rapid urbanization.The reform of the household registration system,the housing system,the economic system and the land-use system have rapidly reshaped China's urban spatial structure.As the most important pole leading and driving the development of the western region under the "new normal" of the current Chinese economy,Chengdu has formed a multi-ethnic and multi-cultural metropolis with diverse development.The urban spatial structure is undergoing profound changes.Therefore,the research on the mechanism of Chengdu's social spatial structure evolution and public policy can not only enrich the empirical cases of urban social space structure in China,but also provide reference for the development of other western cities,which is of great theoretical significance and empirical value.This chapter consists of seven chapters,chapters one and two: an introduction and a review of the research.The third chapter analyzes the spatial distribution of population from the perspective of spatial attributes and social attributes.Chapter Four: Empirical Research.An empirical analysis of the main factors,types of social areas,and structural models of Chengdu's social spatial structure from 2000 to 2010;Chapter 5: Evolution of social spatial structure in Chengdu.Analyzes the main factors and social areas of Chengdu's social space from 2000 to 2010,and analyzes the evolvement characteristics of its social spatial structure as a whole;Chapter 6: The part of public policy mechanism of Chengdu's social spatial structure evolution from the aspects of housing policy,household registration Policy,land use policy,urban planning policy,industrial policy and other public policies on the evolution of social space in Chengdu mechanism of the role of a comprehensive elaboration;Chapter VII: Conclusion.Research conclusions:(1)The main factors of social space structure in Chengdu in 2010 are five factors: general working-class and professional and technical personnel,floating population and living conditions,ethnic minority population,intellectuals and industrial workers;the social area is divided into: The traditional three-industry population and white-collar population groups,blue-collar workers inhabited areas,college population and intellectual-class gathering areas,floating population groups,ethnic minorities and rural population inhabited by agricultural population form a "circle + sector + multi-core + " The structural characteristics.(2)The main factor of the social space structure in Chengdu in 2000: occupational status and retirement,migrant population and living conditions,agricultural population,highly educated population and minority population,etc.4 factors;social type area: general wage-earners and institutions Cadres residential areas,densely populated,crowded old urban areas,agricultural population groups,intellectuals and ethnic minority groups,migrant populations,social space structure model for the "concentric + fan" pattern.(3)The evolution of the social space structure in Chengdu is mainly reflected in the evolution of "concentric + fanshaped" structural patterns to "circle + fan + multi-core + multiple groups";the social areas based on industrial functions are gradually differentiated and highlighted;Spatial expansion,and structural complexity and heterogeneity enhancement.(4)Housing policy,household registration policy,land policy,industrial policy and urban planning policy have played an important role in regulating,promoting,promoting and improving the urban social space structure in Chengdu from single,homogeneous to pluralistic and heterogeneous.The role of guidance,promotion,and control,as well as the history of urban development and the natural geographical environment,play an objective and irreplaceable role. |
