Study On Spatial Structure Evolution In The Process Of Regional Urbanization

All the theoretical research serves the need of the practical development. Surveying the process of urbanization in the world, with very step into a new stage, the evolution of the regional special structure experienced a unstable state fluctuating between the two courses, either from centralizing to diffusing or from diffusing to centralizing, exist in very aspect of the space. The discovery of this phenomenon has practical value to our research on evolving mechanism of the spatial structure and the effect of the urbanization on the spatial evolution. And, it also provides a wide scope for thinking and objective foundation for regional spatial structure improvement and strategy of optimizing urbanization.Combining evolution of regional spatial structure with urbanization, the research focuses on the relationship of the urban and country, considering both history and future development. It provides a new scientific perspective on future, which is exploring the way for optimizing regional spatial structure with region as a practical coordinate. From this angle, the paper takes the Yangtze River Delta as an example to discuss the inner principles in the stage of urbanization and features, trend and mechanism of the spatial structure evolution on the basis of theory study.This paper can be divided 3 parts. Firstly, the paper illustrates the importance of special structure of urbanization and gives the study angle: put the regional special structure evolution in the stage of the urbanization. In the second part, traditional urbanization, regional urbanization, evolution pattern and mechanism of special structure are discussed, based on this it deduces the general principles of spatial structure evolution. In the last part, the paper takes the Yangtze River Delta as an example to demonstrate and amend the general rules of the urbanization and spatial structure evolution and proposes specific measures to optimize the urbanization and the spatial structure evolution of the Yangtze River Delta.
