Study On Concept And Practice Of China's Foreign Aid Since The Eighteenth National Congress

China's foreign aid began in the early 1950 s,and has a history of more than 60 years.Over the past 60 years,foreign aid has played an important role in international exchanges which can not be replaced by other diplomatic tools.It has played an important role in helping China improving its diplomatic environment,building new-type diplomatic relations,and promoting national political and economic development.For a long time,China's unique foreign aid has injected a clear stream for international social interaction and provided lessons for developing countries in exploring the future development path.In the 21 st century,with the development of globalization,exchanges between countries have become more frequent.Foreign aid has become one of the important contents of diplomatic work.Since the 18 th National Congress,there have been profound and complex changes in the political and economic situation at home and abroad.In order to adapt to the development of the situation and cooperate with China's diplomatic strategy,The Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core has built a high-level housing structure and made strategic preparations.He proposed that China continue to provide assistance to extremely impoverished countries and regions,that is more in line with their interests and future sustainable development.The concepts and target selection of foreign aid are also changing as the situation changes.First of all,we must use poverty reduction and development as a common orientation,strengthen mutually beneficial cooperation based on national interests,and integrate strengths to achieve complementary strengths so that the development potential of all parties can be fully released and future sustainable development capabilities can be enhanced.the second,taking the Belt and Road as an opportunity to upgrade its foreign aid strategy,it will innovate its foreign aid development model,increase the effectiveness of foreign aid,and in turn serve the implemente of the Belt and Road development strategy,and promote the building of the human fate community.Over the past five years or so,China's foreign aid has been rooted in diplomatic practice and continuously explored for development.Based on a comprehensiveconsideration of China's basic national conditions and assistance to the interests of all parties,it is problem-oriented,dares to break through innovations,continuously increases foreign aid,and innovatively adjusts foreign aid methods.China ' s most direct and simple way of foreign aid has proved to the world that China is a responsible and courageous country that has the courage to take the charge and dares to break through.It has effectively counterattacked the“threat theory”of Western countries and helped both China and developing countries to establish a good Diplomatic relations which are also in the long-term interest of China's development.Not only that,China's foreign aid has also injected a strong impetus for the economic and social development of developing countries.It has provided China's wisdom and China ' s plan for addressing common issues facing mankind,and has made tremendous contributions to promoting world peace,stability,and development.
