China proposed in 2013 "The Belt and Road" strategy was put forward not only by "The Belt and Road" attention along the country people and Chinese people's attention,at the same time,because of the important position in the two countries on the world stage and the United States based on historical and realistic reasons of long-term concern for China,"a Lu Chang And the " The Belt and Road along the country's national impression has naturally become the focus of attention of the American people.The people of the two countries,the social elite and mass migration to differentiate these two kinds of different groups in education,income,social class and occupation gap leads to their different social cognition,in the "The Belt and Road" and "a initiative with the way along the perception of national impression There is also a big gap.It has been pointed out that the difference cognition between the elite and the mass group has an important influence on the decision of the two,and even the media and government decisions of the two countries.Therefore,this gap is bound to have an important impact on the attitudes and behaviors of the two groups in national affairs and external communication."
