Research On Xi Jinping's Open Development Concept Under The "Belt And Road" Initiative

In the last 40 years of reform and opening up,the country has insisted on the basic state policy of opening up to the outside world,China has insisted on opening the country to engage in construction and opening up to promote domestic reform.It has realized a historic transformation from closure to opening up,promoted the development of China's economy and society,and created great achievements that have attracted worldwide attention.From the establishment of special economic zones to the accession to the WTO,China's opening up to the outside world has continued to expand,and the level of opening up has continued to deepen.After years of development,China has become the world's second largest economy,with a significant increase in overall national strength and a significant improvement in people's living standards.However,with the changes in the domestic and international situation China's economic growth has slowed down in recent years,and the traditional economic development mode has been unable to adapt to the new era environment.In order to solve the many problems facing the current development,China needs new development concepts and ideas to promote the highquality development of the economy.In order to solve the problems faced by China's current development,Xi Jinping has put forward the “Belt and Road Initiative” and the concept of open development,providing new solutions for the development of China and the global economy.The “Belt and Road Initiative” proposed by xi jinping in 2013 conforms to the trend of economic globalization and takes the ancient silk road as the historical and cultural identity foundation,but breaks through the spatial concept and historical limitations of the ancient silk road and forms an open and inclusive cooperation platform.In October 2015,Xi Jinping proposed the concept of open development at the Fifth Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee,which pointed out the direction for the development of China's open economy and promoted a new round of opening up.In May 2017,Xi Jinping proposed at the “Belt and Road Initiative” International Cooperation Summit Forum that the “Belt and Road Initiative” should be built into an open road.The “Belt and Road Initiative” is the general guide for promoting open development and a major measure to create a new pattern of opening up to the outside world.The “Belt and Road Initiative” is a concrete embodiment and important practice of xi jinping's concept of open development.It is of great theoretical and practical significance to promote high-quality development of China's economy,build an open world economy and build a community of Shared future for mankind.This paper analyzes the open development under the “Belt and Road Initiative” from the perspective of theory and practice by reviewing the important speeches made by xi jinping on the “Belt and Road Initiative” and the concept of open development in recent years and combining the achievements of the current “Belt and Road Initiative”.First of all,through the “Belt and Road Initiative” and Xi Jinping's open development concept books and literature,a more detailed understanding of the research status in related fields.Secondly,it analyzes the background of the “Belt and Road Initiative” from the perspectives of historical origin and the status quo at home and abroad.At the same time,based on the historical experience and actual situation of China's development,it analyzes the necessity of deepening open development in China.At the same time,it analyzes the necessity of promoting open development from the actual situation in China.In addition,through the elaboration of the classic Marxist writers and the leaders of the Chinese Communist Party on the idea of open development,the rationale for Xi Jinping's open development concept is rationalized.The focus of this paper is to read the book and literature related to the “Belt and Road Initiative” and combine Xi Jinping's important speech on the “Belt and Road Initiative” and related policies of China's opening up to comb the Xi Jinping's open development concept to actively expand and open up.We will adhere to the four parts of win-win and open,promote two-way openness,and promote full openness,and analyze the open development of China under the “Belt and Road Initiative” from the above four perspectives.Finally,on the basis of summarizing the results of the full-text research,it summarizes the theoretical and practical significance of the open development under the “Belt and Road Initiative” and fully grasps the guiding role of Xi Jinping's open development concept in the “Belt and Road Initiative”.
