Study Of Contemporary Chinese Party Negotiations Under The Rule Of Law

Under the background of a comprehensive rule of law,As the main form of democratic consultation in our country,the rule of law is the only way for the party to negotiate.The legalization of Party consultation can be understood as the legal provisions of the basic elements such as subject,object and so on.At the same time,the procedural norms and guarantee mechanism of the party consultation in the process of operation are clarified.This article through the discussion of three parts,the parties negotiate under the rule of law in China are discussed the related contents of:The first part of the political parties negotiate preliminary achievement under the rule of law and its meaning.This part of the parties negotiate the basic connotation of rule by law and analyzes the preliminary achievement of the rule of law in the,for the following party negotiations under the rule of law of theoretical significance and practical value of writing groundwork.The second part of the contemporary Chinese political party negotiations,the necessity of rule by law.Although the parties consultation in our country under the rule of law made some preliminary achievements,however,from the point of practice,party negotiations still have a problem.Through this chapter points out the current our country practice parties negotiate inadequate protection of the law of the existence of such problems as insufficient,system specification and process design,and analyzes the cause of the problem,put forward to promote party consultation to the road of the rule of law is a key way for the comprehensive under the background of the rule of law.The third part of the countermeasure of promoting party consultation in our country under the rule of law.Put forward in the process of rule by law shall follow the political parties consultation,normative,equality,procedural,timeliness,five basic principles,and on this basis,put forward to gradually improve substantive law,improve laws and regulations system of rigid,further standardize party consultation program design,focus onperfecting the guarantee mechanism of concrete path,for parties to negotiate under the rule of law provides a detailed feasible scheme.
