Research On The Problems And Optomization Path Of Chinese Political Party Consultation In The New Situation

This paper has important theoretical and practical significance for the study of the problems and optimization paths of Chinese political parties' consultations.Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),the Party Central Committee with the goal of Xi Jinping has pushed the socialism with Chinese characteristics to a new realm,and the socialist democratic politics with Chinese characteristics has entered a new development opportunity.China's political party consultation is the core content and important component of socialism with Chinese characteristics.It is the characteristic and advantage of the Chinese political party system.How to position Party consultation from the level of socialist democratic system and how to promote the negotiation of political parties according to the requirements of national governance system and modernization of governance ability has become a major practical problem facing China's ruling party and political parties.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the issue of Chinese party consultation in the new period.Based on the Marxist theory of democracy and the united front and the multi-party cooperation,this paper focuses on the historical evolution and characteristics of the Communist Party of China as a central line.This paper aims to sort out and analyze the problems and dilemmas of the current party consultation and promote the healthy development of our party consultation as the ultimate foothold.The main contents and opinions of this paper are as follows:First,from the perspective of deliberative democracy to study China's political party consultation is a new issue,not only related to China's multi-party cooperation and political consultation of the sublimation,but also related to the vitality of China's democratic political development,has important significance and value.Second,the consultation of Chinese political parties is based on the Marxist theory of democratic politics and the theory of multi-party cooperation and the theory of united front and the theory of multi-party cooperation,but also draw lessons from the experience of Western consultation and democracy and the political achievements of political development.Thirdly,the Chinese political parties have a process of negotiating political parties from the perspective of the united front and the CPPCC to negotiate political parties from the perspective of deliberative democracy and national governance.The Party has entered into a new realm since the 18th Party Congress.Fourthly,there are many constraints in the negotiation of political parties in China,whether they are the political ecology,system and mechanism negotiated by political parties,and the consciousness and ability of party consultation.There are some problems and consultations that need to be solved in the theoretical design and practical operation of political party consultation.Fifth,to promote along the main body,process norms,improve the system,ecological construction of the road to optimize and promote China's political party consultations.This paper analyzes the problems and dilemmas of the negotiation of Chinese political parties from the combination of theory and practice,and has some opinions and realistic opinions on the consultation of political parties.However,there are still some theories,lack of empirical research and insufficient theoretical explanation Shortcomings,need to further deepen the future.
