Harmonious society requires that the harmonious government,the harmonious government need harmonious life state.As a special community,the civil servant is exercising the management country right.Country's vicissitude is depending on civil servant team being able to have order,honesty and high efficiency regularly or not to a certain extent,their quality height is also having direct impact to the administrative efficiency height,the image being affecting Party and the government.So the civil servant should not merely have ability of finishing own work and healthy physique,should have good psychological quality even more.Therefore,correcting the working pressure distinguishing a civil servant and the consequence that the person brings about,and diagnosing timely,namely the research on civil servant team's pressure management systemly appears urgent and important right away.This research used facilitates sampling the way,extracted 274 different job category Nanjing civil servants in 5 different departments to take the object of study.Altogether sends out SDS 300,recycles 274,the returns-ratio is 91%actually,the effective sample is 246,the effective sample rate is 90%.All questionnaire select the anonymous method to carry on the investigation.Collect the data from the pressure working at present in Nanjing municipal government organ,using the statistical method to analyze the data;Actuating pressure source and their work pressure reaction at present;Check if there is notable difference between demography variable and work pressure reaction and what is difference;At the same time,the text also studies the correlation between working pressure reaction and potential working pressure source,And obtains the psychology pressure and the physiological pressure caused separately by the different working pressure source through the regression analysis.According to the investigation,analysis and civil servant's working pressure in Nanjing,Thesis proposed job design,career planning and competitive mechanism from angle of organization.From individual angle,proposed target-oriented management strategy that introduces the EAP plan and the time management.
