Stress has long been the focus problem concerned by the researchers, the pressure the main object of study is the students, staff, research on the civil service pressure is little.Based on the research of domestic and foreign literature, discusses the basic concept and the sources of stress, and the related theory of pressure problems, according to the Cooper pressure source model will pressure source is divided into six aspects, and through the questionnaire survey, discussion in the form of data collection, research and design in the stress of public servants, for different age, gender, administrative level and other factors of civil servants pressure value, analyzes main factors and combined effects of stress of public servants.
