Study On Clean Government Culture Construction Of A City's Frontier Inspection Station

Report of the Seventeenth Party Congress clearly put forward to deepen the reform and innovation system,strengthen the construction of clean government culture,forming a long-term mechanism to guard against corruption education,anti-corruption system,power control mechanism.The eighteen Party Congress stressed the need to "strengthen anti-corruption education and honest cultural construction".Corruption has its deep cultural roots.The research can be more targeted,more conducive to strengthening the construction of clean government and anti-corruption struggle.The research will play a basic and long-term effect to the anti-corruption,and also,create a clean social atmosphere,provide a powerful spiritual and cultural guarantee for the clean government construction and anti-corruption work.Guided by public choice theory,new public management theory,organizational culture theory,administrative ethics theory,this paper investigation and researches the clean government culture construction of A city's Frontier Inspection Station.This paper analyzes the problems and the cause of the problem.Based on the Chinese traditional and the foreign experience,this paper put forward some countermeasures to clean government culture construction of A city's Frontier Inspection Station.The first chapter is the introduction,mainly introduces the research background,purpose and significance,as the theoretical basis of the study and the current research situation of the construction of the culture,and puts forward the research content and research method.The second chapter,the concept of clean culture composition,characteristics and function,nature and task on frontier inspection work,the risk analysis of the external environment,analysis of the necessity to strengthen the inspection of the clean government culture construction.The third chapter mainly analysis the practice,achievements,problem,and the reason of the problem,based on carding of the process of the Station's clean government culture construction.The fourth chapter summed up the advanced experience of strengthening the Station's clean government culture construction,through the study of China's ancient and modern culture heritage,foreign related culture experiences and case.The fifth chapter proposed the measures of strengthening the Station's clean government culture construction,in view of the existing problems,follow the principle of the clean government culture construction of frontier inspection work.
