The young pioneers are the cradle of the growth of young children.It is an important position for the party and the state to train successors and reserve team.As a basic way of life "moral education" of the young pioneers,the young pioneers activities are based on the education of "five love",and cultivate the ideological and moral quality,scientific and cultural quality,physical and mental health quality of young pioneers.With the continuous development of education cause in our country,the young pioneers reform as an opportunity to improve the young pioneers activities,improving the quality of education,which is currently facing a major issue.Emotion education is the whole process of education,which is the important guarantee for shaping children's complete personality and giving children a complete life.Positive emotional shaping is the primary mission of the young pioneers,and the efficient use of emotional factors is also an important path for the young pioneers.The study of emotional education in the activities of young pioneers provides,It provide a new perspective to deepen education theory and perfect education in that activities of the young pioneer.Through field observation and face-to-face interview,this study conducted a survey and research on the current situation of children's emotional education in young pioneer activities in a more intuitive and real way.Through the observation of the case and the individual point of the activity.In this paper,we summarize the problems of emotional education in the activities of the young team,the generalization of the goal,the single emotion education content,and the lack of scientific methods.The causes of these problems mainly displays in the exam-oriented education system,the education idea of the traditional curing pressure,lack of education environmentemotional triggers,activity organization method lag,single education evaluation mechanism.In view of the problems and reasons,this study started from improving the activity pattern of young pioneers,improving the professional level of instructors,and establishing the evaluation system of activity system.By establishing the activity principle of experience first,organizing various theme activities,improving the teaching level and ability of counselors' emotion education,and building a perfect activity evaluation system.It can enhance the emotional education effect of the young pioneers' activities and promote the further reform development of the young pioneers's education.
