Children and young people are the future of the motherland.It is the call of the times to attach importance to the experience education in the activities of the elementary school pioneers and explore strategies to improve the quality of the activities of the elementary school pioneers.According to the daily observation,the author found that the experience of the activities of the elementary school young pioneers is not obvious,and the players in the activities accept indirect experience in a passive manner.In addition,the author's observation during the educational internship in B city found that the activities of the young pioneers organized by the H primary school paid more attention to the experience of the main body,and the main body's experience effect was better than that of other primary schools in the same city.Therefore,the author chose H primary school as a case study to carry out the activities of the Young Pioneers under the threshold of experience education.Based on the theory of experiential education,this paper uses case analysis,questionnaire survey,and interview method according to the basic characteristics and requirements of case study.Based on the experience education theory,this paper evaluates the activity design,guarantee,process and main body reflection of the H Primary School Young Pioneers.The full text is divided into four parts: the first part is the introduction,the second part is the elaboration of the basic connotation of experiential education,mainly includes the basic elements of experiential education,the structure of experiential education,and the value of experiential education to the activities of the Young Pioneers;The third part takes the experience education theory as the perspective,the author combines the survey data to the B city H elementary school young pioneer team activity to carry on the analysis;The fourth part of the author summarized the activities of the H primary school young pioneers to carry out existing problems;In the fifth part,based on practice and higher than practice,the author constructs the improvement strategy of the activities of the Young Pioneers at the theoretical level in order to provide practical guidance for further improving the quality of activities of other primary school Young Pioneers.
