Issues And Countermeasure Research On Community Education Activities Of The Young Pioneers

With the development of China’s reform and opening and socialist modernization, The Process of City urbanization continued to accelerating, the community is increasingly becoming an important space for the masses of the people, including the majority of children live and study. Conducting community education activities conducive to the rational development of community resources, transform the way students learn, to change a single student knowledge lifestyle acceptance, emphasized by the students practice, construction of a proactive, independent research and cooperative learning mode and build a proactive cooperation, self-inquiry learning. Practical activities to develop students’ expertise to stimulate students’ interest in, and enhance students’ self-awareness, prompting students to the harmonious development of personality.The research carried out community education activities of the Young Pioneers, the ways and means to analyze and find out there are a series of problems in the community education activities, such as team members involved in the surface is not extensive, too few place for team activities, team members actively growing low. The existence of these problems is bound to affect the level and quality of community education activities of the Young Pioneers. We had expected that through such activities allow students by exercise and enhance, enhance students’ understanding of the capacity of the community to participate in the community, and allow students to schools indirect knowledge life transformed, but if this series of problems in the community education activities can not be solve, we design objectives can not be achieved. Therefore, the present study is to find out from a macro point of view, the the Community the Young Pioneers educational activities and address the problems.In this study, for the Young Pioneers activities, analyzing the factors of parents, community resource factors, activities of content ways and means, and many other factors, propose the related strategies to improve the quality of educational activities.
