Children are the future of the motherland and the hope of the Chinese nation.The Communist Party of China(CPC)has always attached great importance to the cultivation of young children,and has always regarded cultivating children as a strategic and basic task that will determine whether the red culture can be inherited.The young teams are the cradle for the growth of young children,and cultivate the successor of comprehensive development of moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetic and labor for the party and the country.The core of the young teams education is to help the young teams to lay the foundation of "five loves" and to form the ideological foundation of loving the party and patriotism from childhood.The pre-team education is a part of the organization education of the young teams,is the beginning of the young children to receive the organization education,plays an enlightening role.For the first-grade students who have just entered the school,they are in a transitional stage between ordinary children and young teams.After pre-team education,children are more eager to belong to the young teams organization in order to obtain a new identity.How to reasonably carry out pre-team education is a topic of current concern.Emotional education adheres to people-oriented,from the perspective of students,creates an environment suitable for students’ development,brings different emotional experiences to students,and integrates emotional education into the pre-team education,which is conducive to the physical and mental development of children and enhances the young teams’ sense of identity and belonging.Integrating emotional education into the pre-team education can help to shape the positive emotions of children,and at the same time,it can deepen the pre-team education theory and put forward a new perspective for the pre-team education.This research first determined the theme and research direction of the thesis.After clarifying the theme,it collected relevant domestic and foreign literature and materials,clarified relevant concepts and theoretical foundations,and sorted out the relevant research on young teams education and the integration of emotional education into the pre-team education,and clarified the relationship between emotional education and the pre-team education.Emotional education plays a fundamental role in the education of the Young teams.The basic foothold of the education of the young teams is to meet the main needs of children,and emotional needs are the necessary needs of children in the process of growing up.Therefore,the writing of the thesis revolves around the integration of emotional education into the pre-team education.Based on the previous literature collection and sorting,using the questionnaire survey and interview methods,this study takes the current situation of the emotional education of the young teams integrated into the pre-team education in three primary schools in Hohhot as the research object.Through the combination of quantitative analysis and qualitative research,using SPSS analysis and interviews,the paper summarizes and analyzes the problems of unclear concept of emotional education,insufficient content of emotional education,and unscientific methods of emotional education in the pre-team education.The main reasons for these problems are the backward traditional educational concepts,the lack of emotional atmosphere in education process,and the single evaluation system.Based on the previous status investigation and field investigation,aiming at the problems that have arisen,this research starts with the following four aspects:insisting on joining the team scientifically,using the competition mechanism;creating an educating atmosphere and building an emotional system;insisting on people-oriented,improving the emotional education mechanism;establishing a multi-dimensional evaluation system to enhance continuous motivation,in order to Innovate the education carrier,focus on emotional penetration,integrate experiential education into the pre-team education,improve the professional quality of counselors,advocate student participation,and create a new type of pre-team education courses,promote the further development of the pre-team education. |
