“The problem is the voice of the times,and the public will is the greatest politics”.The public will is people's subjective psychological presentation,which can promote people's collective action through the passion and the will of the people,and become the great power to change the society.Political identity is the embodiment?reflection and expression of people's will in the political field and political life.It is not only a certain political psychology and political attitude,but also a realistic political behavior,which is the unity of "sense of identity" and "identity behavior".Political identity is the driving force to enhance political legitimacy,consolidate the unity of the nation,ensure the political stability and social harmony.Therefore,any party or government intended to be in power for a long time and effectively must attache great importance to the construction of political identity.In modern society,the basic logic of political identity construction is that the identity of political subjects is the direct expression of political identity? the identity of interests is the logical starting point of political identity? the identity of political regulations is an important part of political identity and the identity of political ideas is the value goal of political identity.Since the Communist Party of China was founded,it has achieved the victory of the new-democratic revolution and created the great cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics,and the fundamental reason lied in the people's recognition and support for our party.At present,China is experiencing the profound transformation from traditional society to moderen society.This profound social transformation is unprecedented,it will inevitably suffer from profound social pains and weaken the people's political identity.At the same time,the background of globalization and informationization has exacerbated the weakening tendency of political identity.Thus,on the journey of deepening reform and realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,we need to further reconstract the political identity of the masses.China is a big agricultural country,farmers are the largest group of society,the status of farmers' political identity is related to the stability of the regime and the overall situation of economic and social development.The academic circles mostly from the currently real situations to construct farmers' political identity.while those who investigate? analyze and study farmers' political recognition from hi storical views are still wanted.In the 1920 s and 1930 s,the central Soviet regime established in Gannan and Western Fujian province carried out the historical practices of constructing farmers' political identity,and provided us with the practical enlightenment to reconstruct farmers' political identity.Looking back to history,in November 1931,the Soviet interim central government was established in Ruijin,officially established the status of Gannan and Western Fujian province as the Central Soviet area.In the Central Soviet Area,in order to mobilize the masses and consolidate the Soviet regime,our party carried out the historical practices of constructing farmers' political identity:Carrying out interests identity practices with the land revolution,the development of agricultural production? education undertakings? cultural undertakings? health undertakings and sport undertakings;Carrying out institutions identity practices with the establishment of the Soviet representative conference system? the Soviet democratic electoral system ? the efficient government management system and the perfect regime supervision system;Carrying out value identity practices with strengthening the inculcation of revolutionary theories? setting up the mass organizations?innovating the ways of revolutionary propaganda and contacting with the farmers closely;Carrying out model identity practices with cadre's work style construction?advanced representatives propaganda and the elites molding.Learning from history.According to the current situation identity and the development needs of the construction of farmers' political identity,learning the historical experience and political wisdom of the party in the Central Soviet area to enhance farmers' political identity.At present,we reconstruct farmers' political identity should conscientiously strengthen the construction of people's livelihood,in order to improve the well-being of the people's livelihood to enhance the farmers' political identity;The democratic politics ought to be developed to protect the democratic rights to promote the farmers' political identity;Propaganda should be done to strengthen the ideological and political education to lead the farmers' political identity and we must strengthen the construction of honest and clean government to regulate the operation of power to enhance the farmers' political identity.
