After the failure of the Great Revolution, the Chinese Communist Party led the army to establish a separate armed separatist for the workers and peasants on Jinggangshan, and then went deep into the north of Jiangxi Province and the south of Fujian Province. Then took a "local revolution" in the countryside and established the Soviet government. The political mobilization of the peasants is an important part of the CCP's activities in the Soviet Area. This article takes the political mobilization of the peasants in the Central Soviet Area as the research object.Through the analysis of the relations among the peasants, the revolution, and the Chinese communist party,it seeks to explain how the peasants joined the revolution under the leadership of the CCP.In general, the CCP has entered the countryside from the perspective of interests, and in the form of “class struggle” in the Agrarian Revolution,it successfully launched the majority of farmers in the Central Soviet Area and participated in the revolutionary construction bases. It eventually promoted and maintained the “revolutionary community” between the CCP and the peasants."relationship.After raising the banner of workers and peasants in Jinggangshan,in face of the “encirclement and suppression” of the Kuomintang, the Chinese communists who entered the southern Fujian and Qianxi region discovered the possibility of mobilizing peasants. The practice of political mobilization also has different focuses in different stages of the development of the revolution. At the stage of indoctrination, the CCP began by examining the rural social environment, embedding a series of political activities in rural society, and awakening the peasants' sense of class and revolution; In the practice based on “impact”,the CCP effectively organized scattered peasants, organized various groups closely around the party organization, the two formed the “rural community”;During the period, the rural grass-roots government steadily promoted the revolutionary process with its legitimacy and authority, and exerted its powerful power of the "rural community." The CCP's political mobilization of farmers effectively supported the war against “encirclement and suppression”,obtained human and material support, promoted the agrarian revolution and the development of agricultural production, and finally established the party's discourse authority in the countryside. The tactics adopted by the Chinese Communist Party's political mobilization are mainly based on political education and emphasis on “solidification”,the establishment of a tightly organized network, steady advancement under the leadership of the political power, and legal policy as the basic guarantee. At the same time, valuable experience has been gained, including mobilization of content. It focuses on the combination of easy-to-understand,profit-driven and spiritual inspiration, effective organization and active participation. In contrast to the revolutionary era,the current political mobilization environment and goals have changed. The peasants' political mobilization in the new era must adhere to the Marxist theory guiding the peasants' political mobilization, attach importance to peasant ideological and political education and spiritual civilization, and form the political mobilization with the countryside. The social reality is closely integrated and the legal system is perfected to effectively protect the interests of farmers.
