The advent of the Internet era,many new things came into being.As one of them,ride-hailing software(represented by Di Di)facilitates daily travel.But as a new thing,its development must be lack of regulation,easy to touch the bottom line of the existing law.Taxi dispatch fee is one of the phenomena that touch the bottom line of current law.In order to analyze the current situation of taxi "dispatch fee" in China and abroad,this paper analyzes in detail the tariff regulation system and its development history of the representative areas and countries in China.Finally,this article puts my foothold on me.This paper puts forward legal advice on whether taxi dispatch fee should exist and how it should exist.This paper is divided into five parts:In the first chapter,"case and problem",taking the case of Shanghai citizens' taxi ride infringement as a case,a series of problems caused by the phenomenon of taxi "dispatch fee" are introduced,which pave the way for the following discussion.Chapter two,"Overview of Taxi 'dispatching fee",clarifies the key concept to be used in this paper,and defines the taxi "dispatching fee".This paper probes into the characteristics of cruise taxis,and expounds the theoretical basis of economic law for taxi "dispatch fees".The third chapter is "Overview of the current situation of domestic taxi 'dispatch fee',and analyzes the taxi tariff regulation system in several representative areas of China,and on the basis of this,clarifies the present situation of taxi 'dispatch fee' in the above-mentioned areas.Chapter four,"the experience of overseas Taxi 'dispatching fee system",introduces and analyzes the development course of the overseas taxi fare regulation system,as well as the present situation of the taxi's dispatching fee system in the representative countries.The fifth chapter is "the legal suggestion of perfecting the system of taxi dispatch fee",combining with the above research and discussion,the author puts forward the legal suggestion to perfect the system of taxi's dispatch fee.
