| It is expatiated concretely and thoroughly that the characteristic of Taxi Trade and the position and the role it is played in Urban Public Traffic System in this paper. Planning the development of Taxi Trade is proposed from both quantity and quality sides on base of analyzing the present situation of Taxi Trade by the numbers. On side of quantity, a quantum control model is built up. On quality side, the taxi trade management system, the operating right launch policy, the wildcat taxi, and the service quality comprehensive evaluation are studied. Further more, a two-grade fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is built up for evaluating taxi trade service quality. Some viable policy, measure and proposal are given at last. In this paper, not only the Taxi Trade is analyzed from theory, but also some practical examples are given. There is definitely instructional significance. |
