This paper set up a complete taxi dispatch service systembased on LBS service to meet the need of taxi drivers andpassengers in the city. It provides a new appreciated businessfor the telecommunication traders but also helps to find thenearest passenger for the taxi driver and the nearest taxi for thepassenger. There are three parts in the paper: first thetheoretical basis and practical prospect of the system, then thewhole software construction and finally the specific description ofthe modules. The brief outline of each part is as the following: 1. The theoretical basis and practical prospect of the taxi dispatch service system With the development of the mobile communication, thelocation technique for the cell phone becomes mature with themobile communication base station as the reference points, which provides a huge market for the LBS application. People always hope to get a taxi by a call when they are inremote someplace as well as when the weather is bad or it isin the night. At the same time, the taxi drive wishes to get apassenger in the shortest time to earn more money. The taxidispatch service system platform can provide people such aconvenient, fast and cheap dispatch service for taxis. The taxi dispatch service system has two features: phonecalling center and mobile data appreciation. In this paperthree businesses are realized which are flash taxi, flash 第 1 页基于 LBS 的城市出租车调度服务系统passenger and corporation consumer. Other businesses canbe added conveniently.2. The function description and software construction of the taxi dispatch service systemThe system is composed of background business supportplatform, authentication payment subsystem, businessarrangement platform, vocal calling center subsystem, shortmassage center subsystem and LBS subsystem etc.3. The function description of the subsystems and the software structure of the taxi dispatch service system The vocal calling center subsystem connects the user byvocal, which receives the request of the user and gives back theresult to the user. The subsystem interacts with the backgroundbusiness support platform by the UDP protocol. The interactiveprocess follows the center connect criteria. The background business support platform is the basisplatform for running the flash move, which is responsible toreceive the request of the user from the vocal calling center. After authenticated by the authentication and paymentsubsystem, locate the user and dispatch him by the matchingdispatch algorithm , and give back the result to the vocal callingcenter. The payment is calculated by the authentication andpayment subsystem. The platform interacts with theauthentication and payment subsystem by message, andinteracts with LSD system by TCP connection. 第 2 页基于 LBS 的城市出租车调度服务系统 LBS subsystem receives the location request of thebackground business support platform (a user for LBS), locatesthe requested terminal and sends back the location informationto the demander. The subsystem applies the location systemowned by the mobile company. Authentication and payment subsystem platform is toreceive the authentication message package, and send back theresult to the background business support platform in the form ofresponses package. There are three modules in this subsystem:Radius Client end, Radius Server end and module. This platform, which operates the database directly, mainlyinteracts with the administrator, and deals with the business, statistics of deals and system control. The short message center subsystem is responsible tocommunicate with the mobile message gateway, deal with theregister of the user, the cancel of the registration, on line, off line, and pay for the fee, as well as send information to the users suchas arrearage notice, bill notice, and service infor...
