Faced with the rapid ageing,the problem of insufficient efficiency of traditional old-age care has become increasingly prominent.With the continuous development of technologies such as the Internet,the Internet of Things,and cloud computing,"the wisdom of the elderly" has emerged as a new type of old-age care.It has also become an effective way to solve the current pension problems.This article first analyzes the current aging situation in Lianyungang,the favorable conditions for the development of smart pensions,and the development of the “one county and two districts ” of the current pilot.This paper then summarizes and concludes that Lianyungang still has a foundation in the development of smart pensions.There are many problems such as weak facilities,lack and loss of professionals,narrow industry coverage,single product supply,and low level of social participation.From the lack of top-level design,lack of understanding,insufficient public investment,and inadequate institutional mechanisms,the reasons were analyzed.At the same time,experience is also drawn from the development of mature cases in the United States including telemedicine services,UK smart apartments,Japanese machine coats,and the Hangzhou Lake District smart old age platform,Beijing smart old apartment,Wuzhen intelligent old age comprehensive service platform,both at home and abroad.Combining with them,we proposed a path to promote and develop smart pensions,that is,we must strengthen top-level design of smart pensions,strengthen infrastructure construction,strengthen the construction of professional personnel,accelerate industrial transformation and upgrading,and increase publicity and promotion efforts.
