With the improvement of health awareness, the issue of health care services has become the focus of attention. The problem of aging in Tianjin is severe, and the accelerating process of population aging is lagging behind the development of the demand for healthy elderly care services. In the important period,it is particularly important for the Tianjin Municipal Government and relevant departments to formulate a healthy pension service policy and broaden the health care service model in light of the current situation in Tianjin. This paper first analyzes the status quo and needs of different levels of health care services for the elderly in Tianjin through Maslow's demand theory. Then we analyzes the willingness of Tianjin residents to support the old-age model. We use Logistic regression model to analyze the main influencing factors of older people's choice of pension patterns.According to the analysis results, the elderly are divided into different elderly groups, and the differences in the needs of different elderly groups in health care services are explored. Finally, combined with the status quo of Tianjin's health care service,we will explore a new model of healthy old-age care that meets the actual situation in Tianjin.Through research and analysis, the following conclusions can be drawn:The elderly in Tianjin have basically met the basic needs of Maslow's theory of physiology and safety, but there is still room for improvement in the level of social and self-fulfilling needs; In terms of the willingness to care for the old-age model, more than 60%of the elderly in Tianjin choose"home-based care for the elderly".The influencing factors mainly focus on level of education, number of children, disability, state of loneliness, status of pensions, time of construction of residential houses, etc. Moreover, the influence factors of urban elderly and rural elderly on the willingness to care for the elderly at home are small.According to the analysis results, the elderly in Tianjin were refined into six types of elderly groups based on health and economic conditions, and the differences in the health care services needs of these six types of elderly groups in life care and medical care were summarized; In view of the analysis results of this paper and the rapid development of the concept of "smart pension" in China, this paper proposes a new model of "home smart and healthy pension" for the status quo of Tianjin, and initially constructs a medical system, service provider supply system,self-service system and community service system, archive data system, government supervision system and other functional areas in the network service platform. Finally, based on the analysis results,we put forward targeted policy recommendations for the Tianjin Municipal Government in terms of publicity awareness, response to the elderly's health care services,old-age policies,and"home-based smart health care" network service platform.
