Research On The Accessibility Of Smart Home Care Services In Hangzhou

With the deepening of China ’s population aging,solving the problem of elderly care has become a topic of concern.Home care service plays an important role in China ’s traditional pension service model,but the traditional home care service model is facing more and more challenges.There are many problems,such as the pressure of traditional home care service,the lack of pension service personnel,the cumbersome and complex service process,the poor timeliness of service,and the derailment of digital social development.In view of the above problems,relevant government departments and pension social service organizations have gradually explored the smart home care service model,using the Internet,big data,artificial intelligence and other technologies to actively carry out the promotion and application of smart home care products and services,which has greatly improved the efficiency of home care services and effectively alleviated the problems arising from traditional home care services,which makes the transformation of traditional home care services to smart home care services an inevitable trend.However,the practical application of smart home care services is still in the preliminary exploration stage,and many new problems will inevitably arise.In view of this,based on the theoretical framework of accessibility evaluation,this paper studies the adaptability of smart home care services in line with the current social development trend and has practical application value.First of all,based on the theory of service accessibility evaluation and welfare pluralism theory,according to Anderson ’s health service utilization model and Panchasky and Thomas ’ health service accessibility model,this paper draws on the accessibility index of home-based care services by Yong Lan,and constructs an accessibility evaluation model that conforms to the actual characteristics of smart home-based care services in Hangzhou.Secondly,the questionnaire survey method and interview method were used to investigate the elderly and the staff of the home care service center in Hangzhou.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to obtain the current Hangzhou smart home care service from the survey results.In the five dimensions of availability,accessibility,affordability,adaptability and acceptability,there are problems such as insufficient resources for smart home care services,low service efficiency,low financial supply and payment ability of the elderly,low satisfaction with smart care products,and low service recognition.Finally,based on the current situation of Hangzhou ’s development,this paper puts forward some measures and suggestions to enrich service resources,improve service efficiency,improve payment ability,improve product suitability for the elderly,and improve policy recognition,so as to improve the adaptability of smart home care services to the needs of the elderly.
