According to the 2016 Xinxiang City Population Survey,the resident population of Xinxiang City is 5.743 million.The total number of elderly people over 60 years old is 889,000,accounting for 15.48% of the total population of Xinxiang,an increase of 3.7% compared with 2010.According to data analysis,Xinxiang City has entered the stage of sustained and accelerated growth of population aging.In this context,considering the gradual miniaturization and core development of China's family size,children cannot fully assume the responsibility of long-term care for the elderly.It is widely recognized that China's pension model will inevitably be from the traditional family pension to the elderly.Transformation.At this stage,only by vigorously promoting the rapid development of smart old-age care can we meet the large demand for old-age services for the elderly.Based on quasi-public goods theory,market-oriented theory,customer-oriented theory,and welfare pluralism theory,the thesis summarizes the basic concepts,characteristics and service contents of smart old-age care,and the political environment and economy for the development of smart old-age care in Xinxiang City.The environment,social environment,and technical environment were analyzed.Through the on-site questionnaires,the elderly in the Weibin District,MuYe District and Hongqi District of Xinxiang City were surveyed.The survey included the age of the elderly,education background,self-care ability,income status and living conditions.which analyzes the demand for smart home pension products and services in Xinxiang City and its influencing factors.The results of the data analysis show that more than half of the elderly are generally less aware of the wisdom of the elderly,and relatively few elderly people who have experienced the wisdom of the elderly.Correlation analysis of the basic situation of the elderly with the knowledge of smart retirement and the demand for smart pension products and services,found that with the increase of age and the decline of various functions of the body,the elderly's demand for smart care,The more elderly people with poor self-care ability,the more they need smart home care services.At the same time,the convenience of smart care for the elderly with poor self-care ability is more obvious;the higher the monthly income,the more the needs of the elderly for various smart care;The demand for life care and physical exercise is mostly concentrated on the elderly with poor self-care ability.Due to the inconvenience caused by physical reasons,the demand for telemedicine consultation is more significant;with the increase of age,the leisure time of the elderly is more and more The demand for sports and entertainment is gradually increasing;the demand for psychological comfort services for the elderly living alone is relatively more prominent.According to the status quo of smart care development in Xinxiang City and the results of investigation and analysis,the paper puts forward the following suggestions for the development of smart care in Xinxiang City.First of all,the development of smart care in Xinxiang City should follow the principle of demand,sharing and synergy.Secondly,strengthen government-led,highlight market mechanism,mobilize the multi-subjects of social forces to participate in the development of smart care,and improve the smart pension platform,including information platform.,Internet of Things devices,Internet applications;Finally,the proposed safeguards for the implementation of smart care include setting up the government's bottom-up smart pension service standards,raising the government's emphasis on smart care,and accelerating policy development for smart care services to protect The healthy development of the smart care industry in Xinxiang City.
