Public Products Supply Perspective Of Inner Mongolia Border Management Research

Border management basic task: to defend national sovereignty,territorial integrity and national security.In accordance with state laws and policies,and fully mobilize and rely on the masses,in close coordination with the relevant departments,the armed guards(frontier)border,strengthen the management of public security of border and coastal areas and the enemy,preventing and cracking down on dive,dive out of the enemy and other criminal activities,foreign affairs,properly handle border areas of social order and security maintenance,enhance good-neighborly relations with neighboring countries in our country,safeguard national socialist modernization construction and economic development of frontier ethnic areas.In this paper,in the perspective of new public management theory,in the full analysis of Inner Mongolia border management,on the basis of the status quo and difficulties,combined with the new public management is certainly in the point of view,and put forward measures to improve the level of Inner Mongolia border management.Border management is one of the important contents of the upgrading for the country’s security,the stability of the border or not directly affects the country’s territorial integrity and social stability,so all countries in the world attach great importance to the border management.Inner Mongolia autonomous region is located in China’s northern border,the northern border with Mongolia and the Russian federation,a total of 19 border flag county,is an important area of border management in our country.Since China’s reform and opening up,Inner Mongolia border trade,personnel exchanges,such as the growing trend,it brings new opportunities for the development of Inner Mongolia,at the same time,also in Inner Mongolia border management bring bigger challenges.With the development of social economy,science and technology progress and improving openness and so on,the challenge for the border area of Inner Mongolia in the escalating,border management has gradually transformed into multi-level,many forms of comprehensive management behavior.In order to adapt to new situations,solve new problems,Inner Mongolia border management level is in constant increase,so the study of Inner Mongolia border management have very strong practical significance.Government agencies to seek more perfect public management mode is the inevitable developing trend of governments,the new public management as a kind of different from the traditional public administration mode of new management mode,for public management development is pointed out that a road to change.Although the new public management theory system is not perfect enough,criticism and doubt in many ways,can not replace the traditional management paradigm,but some of the ideas presented in the new public management to improve the current level of public management has a lot of inspiration,has certain theoretical significance.So this article use for reference in the Inner Mongolia border management in the new public management can be applied to the actual situation of Inner Mongolia’s point of view.
