China is the world's most populous country which has an aging population.How to guarantee the living of elders under such an serve circumstance has became an urgent social problem.For instance,the demand for pension beds is far from being satisfied under current supply provided by nursing institution for the aged.Furthermore,most of these institutions are state-owned,on one hand,lack of competition cause the low quality of service,on the other hand,limited funds and management level hinder the development of these agencies to meet the increasing demands.This,leaves an huge opportunities for the future developments of the public-held-private-operating aging institution in China.The rising demand of public-held-private-operating aging institution is objectively,which should be the key point of future work.The new form of aging agencies can use the force of social capital to deal with the problem of limited funds hence improving the service level of these agencies and ensuring the sustainable development of the whole industry.In this paper,the current situation of the pension industry in China is taken as the starting point,which leads to the practical case of the private pension institution in county A.The analysis is based on the actual situation of county A,combined with an comparative analysis with foreign examples.At the end of this paper,I summed up the advanced experience and the various domestic and foreign forms of pension agencies.Furthermore,suggestions and problems solutions will be discussed from three different aspects at the end of this paper.
