With the development of smart phone and social network system,Wechat,as a new kind of social media,coming into our life in recent years.Different from traditional social network,the features of Wechat is obviously.Based on its original intention and traits of design,the creation of interpersonal relationships different from the traditional social networking software and unique from the competitors,Wechat stands out from the competition.Wechat successfully creates online circles which are closed and physical-relationship-relied.Compared with the traditional network social model "all-to-all " pattern,WeChat is committed to creating are latively safe,closed network environment.That's why We-Business is so different from others.As a new kind of online business mode,We-business brings both convenient and problem to customs.However,the supervising system is not perfected which has lots of problems such as the transparency,norms of the agent,efficiency of the administrative supervision and the legal support of the credit-system.How to regulate the behaviors of We-business is the most important part of Consumer Protection.To solve the problem and find a way to regulate the unhealthy situation of We-business System,this paper will analysis the conception of We-business and find the character of it,then we will find the risk of this mode and reasonable ways to protect the right of costomers..This paper is divided into five chapters to start:The first chapter is an introduction of Wechat-business scale,disputes susceptibility,and the significance of improving we-business platform service provider's legal status,legal rights and obligations,legal responsibility.The second chapter is an introduction of C2 C online shopping platform service provider,mainly introduces the concept and types of network shopping and network service providers.The third chapter is an analysis of the station of nowadays we-chatbusniness.This chapter analyzes the causes of the dilemma of consumer protection from the legal level,and explores corresponding and feasible solutions.The fourth chapter discusses the reasonable path of consumer protection under wechat business mode.Through the above chapters for derivative concept,derivative performance of infringement,derivative protection present situation and the analysis of the predicament from the legal relationship of the involved main body,discuss the derivative mode reasonable path of consumer protection.
