Legal Study On E-commerce Consumer Protection

In our country, E-commerce is presenting the booming trend. Its speed of development, influence, and superiority is obvious. But, we also should notice that as a kind of new transaction mode, e-commerce brings huge economic benefits while it also threatens the protection of consumers' rights. How to protect consumers' rights and cultivate their confidence becomes a key question on the promotion of the development of E-commerce.This article takes the problems of the protection of consumers' rights as research's object, discusses on how to definite and protect consumers' rights.
