Study On The Problems And Countermeasures In Rural Low-income Group Rescue

The rapid development of the economy will lead to a wide gap between the rich and the poor,social insecurity,the security system will also be incomplete and unfair,especially for low-income groups in rural areas difficult to protect.Low-income rural groups are not only deprived of quality of life,but also disadvantaged in terms of social prestige,rights and development opportunities.Although China has put a lot of effort into social security problems and established some corresponding measures,these policies have achieved certain results,but there are still shortcomings and many problems worth exploring.Based on expounding the related concepts and policies of low-income groups and social assistance,this paper combs out the effect of the relief work for low-income groups in pizhou city,analyzes the existing problems and summarizes the reasons for the problems.The problems in the rescue work of the low-income groups in Pizhou mainly include insufficient funds,inaccurate identification of the recipients,insufficient capacity of the rescue service and lax supervision of the rescue work.Thirdly,through the analysis of the relevant regional experiences,it is concluded that raising the funds for rescue is the basis,carrying out rescue work fairly and fairly is the key,and strengthening supervision work is the guarantee;Finally,in the light of the above analysis,the paper puts forward five measures to promote the relief work for low-income groups in pizhou city,namely,firmly establishing the concept of governing for the people,improving the relief work mechanism for low-income groups,increasing public financial support,strengthening the supervision of the relief work and improving the accountability mechanism.
