The study focus on summarizes the successful experience of China's outstanding long jump athlete in different stages during the period of training to prepare for international major competition. Explore the basic training rules and specific operation of long jump annual training to provide the theoretical reference and practical basis. The consequences of the study will improve the level of China's men's long jump athlete scientific training.The results showed that:1. According to the tasks and requirements of the preparation for the 12th national game, Jinzhe Li's prepare training is mainly divided into three stages. The mission and requirements of each phase is different. The first stage mainly tasks is the basic physical condition which means more focus on comprehensive physical training. The second stage is mainly to highlight special physical condition, techniques and the training rhythm about long jump. The third stage is to complete the full preparation for the national competition. Making the enclosed training plan, focusing on the quality of training process and success rate, keep all the techniques and athlete's competition ability to be the best condition.2. Jinzhe Li's training preparation for the national game content mainly involves the physical training, technical training, tactical training and psychological training, etc., especially attaches great importance to the physical quality, strength, speed, and the special technical training. Weekly training plan contents in different stages are different on the basis of different stages'task, the training methods are adjusted depends on the contents in need.3. The weekly training plan and monthly training load of the three stage of Jinzhe Li's preparation training are different. Presents the training load variation characteristics in different stages of the overall arrangement is from high to low, the intensity of training load arrangement is from low to high. With the approaching of the contest, load gradually reduces, and the training intensity gradually increases, in accordance with the general rule of sport training load arrangement.4. Jinzhe Li's blood testosterone and CK was keeping basically normal levels during the three different stages of preparation training period. Urea nitrogen was a little bit beyond normal human body in the early training stage and later, which probably because of not adapt the training load at the early stage and training load intensity too high at the later training stage. Cortical and hemoglobin in the process of training performance decline after rising first, may be related to the early training does not adapt, and then load intensity increase gradually.
