School management is the guarantee of the normal operation with the development of middle school education. Management can improve the operational effectiveness and efficiency. School management includes teaching management and administration management. Human resource is the most important management factor. The more developed the productivity is, the specialized the profession is. In the education profession field, there are more and more researches about teachers and headmaster specialization. But there is less researches about the staff who take charge the routine management work of the school. For example, there is no career development mechanism and training schedule. And it lacks proper evaluation and incentive mechanism. The overlook of the staff hurts their specialization and Working enthusiasm, which will limit the development of the school in the long run.Based on literature review, survey and interview, adopting empirical study method, taking the staff of L middle school as sample, the paper analyzes the specialization requirement and the management model of the staff and studies their specialization development from four dimensions according to the current research about the teacher. The paper comes out the following conclusions:For the middle school, its development should based on the development of teaching management and administration management. The effective and proper development mechanism is vital to the specialization development of middle school staff.
