Facing to refine and improve the grim situation of instructional training and the enormous challenges, it is important to carry on countermeasures which are needed in instructional training of university teachers. Therefore, in order to refine and improve the reference of instructional training, it is necessary to take measures from this paper which is demanded of university teachers and proposed to carry out instructional training based on the needs of the university teachers been researched.
