Since the 1950 s,The Chinese sports community has developed rapidly,at the same time as the important part of college sports community has also been maintained a sustained,stable development.With the development of education system reform in colleges and the development of the university sports work,the development of the sports societies in colleges is facing new opportunities and challenges.College students sports club activities is an important form of campus cultural activities,the development of college sports community for improve the level of quality education and spiritual civilization construction in colleges has a positive role in promoting.In the process of development of college sports community has a lot of achievements,but also exposed many problems.Understand the current situation of the development of college sports community in China,analyzes the existing problems in the development of college sports community,has important significance to promote the healthy development of college student sports associationsTaking Ningbo of college sports community as the research object,using the questionnaire survey,expert interview,literature and other research methods,aim at the present situation investigation and analysis of college sports community in Ningbo city.Research results show that: 1.The number of college sports community in Ningbo is numerous,has already begun to take shape;2.The college sports community has rich types,traditional ball games is the most popular,boys more than girls in club;3.The community management regulations is relatively perfect;4.The motivation of college students to join the sports club is varied;5.College sports club activities time and frequency are reasonable,activity form also presents the diversification.It also appeared many problems worthy of attention,for example : 1.The number of college sports community is too little and personnel ratio imbalance,2.Lack of specification in the management of college sports community,democratic decision-making system has not been fully implemented;3.Lack of facilities,free school grounds of the unity on the lack of time planning and coordination;4.Community funding shortage,rely mainly on school funding and the college sports community members dues;5.The college sports community propaganda is insufficient,traditional propaganda way played the leading role;6.Club activities lack the guidance of professional teachers;7.The college sports community leaders needs to improve the competency of its managers;8.Sports club activities are not included in the school sports teaching management system.Aimed at problems exposed of college sports community in Ningbo,in accordance with the relevant theoretical research at home and abroad,on the basis of the model run successfully,I put forward the following Suggestions: 1.Intensify propaganda;2.Vigorously promotes the implementation of system;3.The balance of college sports community personnel proportion;4.Hire the professional guidance teachers;5.Scientific planning sports venues;6.Increase capital investment,through various channels to raise funds;7.Improve the competency of leaders managers,change ideas;8.Strive for the attention of the leadership and support;9.Actively try to make sports associations bring into the school sports teaching management system.
