| In this paper, a case study of University in Nanjing, follow the questions--Discussion on problems-- the idea to solve the problem, and using the method of literature, expert interviews, questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics method and other methods of special skill level golf professional students of four universities in Nanjing city to carry out the condition and influential factors of students' special skill level of major the analysis and research, to explore the key problems and corresponding solutions, to help students of golf major increase in specific skill levels, and promote the sustainable development of teaching quality in Colleges and universities and professional golf professional growth in Nanjing city.Through the research, we get the following basic conclusions:(1) college golf professional students off the average score too much, 1 wood tee ability is insufficient, each hole putting average too much, the overall low level of special skills, physical fitness level generally poor, occupation qualification level and low level of skill levels, to participate in the competition, winning a few.(2) The influence factors of golf specific special skill level of students focus on three aspects in the students themselves, schools and teachers. The students, mainly is the special foundation is weak, some students exercise motive is not correct, the exercises of shortage and high cost, lack of practice of coaches; the school aspect, mainly is the personnel training objectives is not clear, class set ignore the basic role of special skills training, practice class time is not enough, and lack of professional teaching books, site equipment the situation is not optimistic, few organizations golf tournament; the level of teachers, golf teacher quantity are few, the low level of comprehensive ability.(3) Promote golf professional special skills to improve students need multi measures, taken from the aspects of students themselves, schools and teachers targeted measures. |
