The momentums which highlight the developmental value come from three aspects. The first momentum comes from the international community. The international community has paid more and more attention to headteacher professional development and school education. The second momentum is from the encouragement which the current domestic new curriculum reform has carried out on headteacher professional growth and development. The third momentum comes from the W High School itself who has strong need to grow up. According to the current developmental effect, the “Rainbow” headteacher workshop has experienced much more phases, it is established without nothing, but improves more with efforts,then it becomes better and better,now it fades with time. The author to maximize has recorded the development process truly and objectively by the way of literature, observation, interviews and case studies. What’s more, the paper focuses on the current developmental effects of the “Rainbow” headteacher workshop, that is to say the educational impact. With the reference to the encounter group development theory, the paper has analyzed deeply the current educational influences, and it also introduces the reason why the “Rainbow” headteacher workshop is in the flat state.
