Research On Huazhong University Of Science And Technology Cultural Constructions Of University Students’ S Community

In the comprehensive reform of higher education in China, a new concept of student community arises. At present, the development of student community in China’s colleges and universities, however, is still in its infancy, research on the culture of student community can demonstrate the summary of theory and the value of concept innovation, as a result, we must strengthen the attention on the construction of community culture in campus. The culture construction of students community is a new field, where deep reform takes place, therefore, how to carry out the community culture construction of university students in a better way and then give full play to the education function of the university student community, is a coming problem we are facing.Community culture construction in foreign universities is quite different from that in our country, in the following aspects: development philosophy, cultural construction, logistics management mode and so on. However, there are still some aspects we can learn from. This paper takes Huazhong University of Science and Technology as an example, combining qualitative research and quantitative research, we review and analyse some facts and problems of community culture construction in Huazhong University of Science and Technology. Afterwards, we put forward a theoretical system and practice path about community culture construction in university. By insisting on the target of Leading in Advanced Culture, correct value orientation, moral education penetration, service people-oriented management and systematic principle, the principle of all-round education, school-based principle, the principle of coordinated development. the culture construction of university community will be carried out in 5 ways: ideological and political education into the community, organization of student community, construction of student community as one stop service, creation of community cultural environment and construction of a community of undergraduate cultural brand.Student community culture construction is a way to deepen education comprehensive reform, to implement the student centered education, to promote the system of governance and governance capacity modernization, which represents the future direction of the development of colleges and universities.
