The Research On The Management Mode Of University Culture Based On Improving College Students Comprehensive Quality

With the development of the modern economy, the talented person is more andmore important.College is the cradle for cultivating talents.Country attaches greatimportance to the comprehensive quality of college students.However, there are avariety of issues about the Comprehensive quality of college students, making oursocial and the employer community unsatisfactory evaluation.Now college studentsare no longer synonymous of the learned man.University management model is thekey factor affecting the comprehensive quality of college students at the universitystage.Therefore,the paper studies management model of university culture.Throughthe implementation of the management model of university culture to solve majorproblems existing in comprehensive quality of students,thus improving thecomprehensive quality of college students.So that the comprehensive quality ofcollege students embark on a healthy and sustainable path in the future.This paper reviews the literatures about the management mode of universityculture and university students’ comprehensive quality.Take the organizational culturetheory and the cultural management related theory as the basis.The re-definition of theuniversity culture as well as the definition of the management mode of universityculture,innovating proposed six elements of the management mode of UniversityCulture: Management subject,management object,management philosophy,management objectives, management tools and management evaluation system.Thisis also an innovation of this study and the key of this paper.Meanwhile,this paperanalyses the existing problems of the comprehensive quality of College Students andanalyses the factors affecting the comprehensive quality of college students from theangle of college.In theory,the management mode of university culture is applied tosolve the problems of College Students’ comprehensive quality management modeand can continue to improve students’ comprehensive quality management model.This is the focus of this paper.In the empirical study, conducted factor analysis of influence of various factorson the management mode of university culture on College Students’ comprehensivequality, verify the influence of cultural factors on the management of CollegeStudents’ comprehensive quality, and re extracted factor, determined the contribution degree of each factor on the college students’ comprehensive quality, countermeasureand suggestion that this can grasp the key and more targeted.The results of this study is expected to contribute to the management mode ofuniversity culture theory study, provide a reference value for solving the problem ofCollege Students’ comprehensive quality.
